Some years back I was at a place in my life where I had reached that MIDDLE-AGE and everything was changing and I needed to re-assess what I wanted to do with the rest of my life. I did just that and I now have complete clarity of what my future is and exactly how I am going to get to where I want to be.

That clarity and the process of getting there is what I would like to share with you and others as we meet on our bi-weekly ZOOM chats.

When we hang with the same friends, well we get the same advice. But… when we open that circle, we also open tremendous possibilities and ideas. And that is exactly what GROWNUP GALS CHAT is all about.

We will come together, right in the comfort of our own homes and meet some new ladies. Also, with my years of coaching and ministry experience, I will also provide some very strategic information on how we can successfully clarify our future and overcome the hindrances that have held us back and provide some biblically-based strategic steps to success.

We can truly have it all, our life is not half over, our life has only begun and today is the first day of fulfilling the desires that God has placed in our heart to live joy, peace, victory and yes prosperity.

Format of Our Zoom Meetings

Each meeting will open in prayer, prayer requests will be noted. Then Sandra will provide a strategic plan for each session and set the objectives for each meeting as she is lead by Holy Spirit. Yeilding to the Leading of our Heavenly Father in each and every meeting is of paramount importance.

Growth & Development

Sandra will provide coaching expertise through thought-provoking, positive and progress techniques and exercises to aid you in progressing forward with God’s Plan for your life.

Jesus Himself began His day with prayer and when he needed to be refreshed He would go off to pray. As you see from the scriptures that almost every time great miracles were performed by Jesus they were immediately proceeded by a time of prayer.
